From Route 76 – The Schuylkill Expressway

  • Take Route 76 West towards King of Prussia.
  • When you pass the exits for 476 and Gulph Mills, be sure to be in the right lane.
  • Stay in the right lane from no on.  If you stay to the left you may end up being forced onto the PA Turnpike.
  • Soon after the exit for 202 North you will see the exit for 422 West towards Pottstown.
  • The exit ramp for 422 is long and has a few other roads shooting off of it.  You must stay focused on the 422 signs and they will lead you through the various roads that come off that ramp.
    • DO NOT go on 76 East to Philadelphia.
    • DO NOT go on 202 in any direction.
    • DO NOT go onto Swedesford Road.
  • Once on 422 West to Pottstown proceed towards Pottstown.
  • You will pass Collegeville, Royersford, Limerick and Sanatoga – you will see the Philadelphia Premium Outlets on your left.
  • Take exit for Armand Hammer Blvd.
    • This is the next exit after Sanatoga.
    • This is the first Pottstown Exit when you are heading west.
  • You will come up to a light.
  • Turn left at the light and proceed over the bridge.
  • You will enter the Tri County Commerce Park and see a large sign on the right.
  • Our name is on the sign with an arrow pointing in our direction which is to the left.
    • Do not go through the gate house.
    • Go the left after you see the sign and follow the road around and down the hill.
  • We are the first business on the right.

From the Allentown Area

  • Take Route 100 South towards Pottstown.
  • In Pottstown take 422 East towards King of Prussia.
  • Stay on 422 only a short while.
  • Just past the exit for Keim Street and 724 there will be the exit for Armand Hammer Blvd.
  • Take the Armand Hammer Blvd Exit.
  • At the end of the exit ramp turn right.
  • Make an immediate right at the light onto Armand Hammer Blvd.
  • Cross bridge over 422 and you will enter the Tri County Commerce Park and see a large sign on the right.
  • Our name is on the sign with an arrow pointing in our direction which is to the left.
    • Do not go through the gate house.
    • Go to the left after you see the sign and follow the road around and down the hill.
  • We are the first warehouse on the right.

From the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge

  • Turn right out of the parking lot onto First Avenue.
  • Turn right at light onto North Gulph Road.
  • Follow road down hill, under expressway and back up hill to light.
  • You will notice Valley Forge National Park on your left.
  • Turn right at the light onto Valley Forge Road.
  • Turn right onto the entrance ramp to 422 West.
  • Once on 422 West to Pottstown proceed towards Pottstown.
  • You will pass Collegeville, Royersford, Limerick and Sanatoga – you will see the Philadelphia Premium Outlets on your left.

From the PA Turnpike

  • Take the PA Turnpike to exit 326 Valley Forge.
  • Go through toll booth at exit 326.
  • Once through toll booth at exit 326 stay to the right as you will very quickly see signs for 422 West to Pottstown.
  • Follow signs for 422 West to Pottstown.

Please note that Armand Hammer Blvd is not that long of a street. The Pottstown Memorial Hospital is at one end and we are at the other. The old address of our facility is 351 Armand Hammer Blvd so this may be what you put into your GPS if 1000 does not work. The address just changed a few months ago.

Departing Alfresco Home

  • Go back up the hill in front of Alfresco Home and head out of the Tri County Commerce Park.
  • You will come up to a light at the entrance to the Park.
  • Turn left at the light.
  • You will immediately see the entrance to 422 on your left.
  • This is the entrance for both East and West.
  • Turn onto the entrance and proceed East if you are returning the King of Prussia area, the PA Turnpike or Philadelphia.
  • Proceed West if you are returning to Reading or Allentown.

Returning to the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge

  • Go back up the hill in front of Alfresco Home and head out of the Tri County Commerce Park.
  • You will come up to a light at the entrance to the Park.
  • Turn left at the light.
  • You will immediately see the entrance to 422 on your left.
  • Stay to the left and proceed towards 422 East to King of Prussia.
  • Once on 422 East you will pass Sanatoga (stop and the outlets for some great shopping!), Limerick, Royersford, Collegeville and Oaks.
  • After Oaks, you will continue on 422 around the Saint Gabriel’s Curve.
  • At the end of the curve you will cross the Schuylkill River.
  • The next exit after the river is First Avenue.
  • Take the exit for First Avenue.
  • You will come up to a light.
  • Proceed straight through the light onto First Avenue.
  • You will see the hotel on your right.
